XCOM HD cutscenes hidden in game files

Files found within the PC release of XCOM: Enemy Unknown contain HD cutscenes otherwise hidden, it was discovered by Reddit user Loinbread.

While the game plays videos by default at 720p, the title also shipped with hidden files for 1080p versions of the same cutscenes.

Users can rename the default video files in order to access their 1080p counterparts in game. It is unknown whether Firaxis plans to patch XCOM: Enemy Unknown to allow players to access the higher quality videos more easily.
