Activision games and DLC on sale on Xbox Live this week
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 and other Activision games and DLC are on sale on Xbox Live Marketplace this week, One of Swords revealed today.
The sale knocks the price of almost all of the publisher's games and expansions on the platform down by 50 percent, including Carcassonne (now 400 Microsoft Points), Call of Duty Classic (600 Microsoft Points), and Transformers: War for Cybertron ($9.99). Other, newer games received smaller discounts, but are still available at attractive prices: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Prototype 2 are both down to $44.99, for instance.
