Team Meat announces next game, Mew-Genics

Team Meat announced its next project today: a randomly generated, cat-centric game called Mew-Genics.

Designer Edmund McMillen didn't reveal many details, but called the Mew-Genics "by far the strangest project I've ever worked on."

"Tommy and I are very happy with how development has been going on it and decided that Mew-Genics will be the next official Team Meat game," said McMillen. "We don't want to spoil too much here, but we can say the game will be randomly generated, strange and involve cats."

The team is "moving quite fast on it," and details on platforms, gameplay and more will be available soon, said McMillen.
