Rift developers livestream dimensions tour, remove NDA

The developers behind Rift: Storm Legion gave players a peek at the new housing system during a livestream tour via Twitch.tv.

Storm Legion is the first expansion pack for Rift. In addition to raising the level cap from 50 to 60 and adding new territory, the expansion also introduces "dimensions," which will allow players to customize private areas of the world.

During the stream, Trion Worlds explored the Granite Falls Inn, Faen's Retreat and Dormant Core dimensions. Players will be able to run multiple dimensions as public or private; public dimensions can hold up to 200 players and have a rating system.

The second beta weekend kicked off on Friday, shortly after Rift's official twitter announced that the non-disclosure agreement had been lifted. Rift: Storm Legion will release on Nov. 13, although you can pre-order the game now.
