DICE looking to bring Frostbite engine graphics to mobile phones
Battlefield developer DICE is looking to hire a mobile software developer to help bring Frostbite graphics to mobile phones, according to a listing for the position on DICE's website.
"Frostbite is looking for developers who want to join us in taking our engine to the next level," reads the listing. "You will be part of a team focusing on bringing Frostbite to mobile platforms and work closely with game team customers and the Frostbite team to deliver an engine as great on mobile platforms as it is on traditional HD platforms."
Electronic Arts' in-house Frostbite 2 engine has been used by company subsidiaries for titles including upcoming Dragon Age 3: Inquisition from BioWare, Visceral Games' Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel, and Medal of Honor: Warfighter from Danger Close Games.
