WWE '13's roster of wrestlers will be expanded with three groups of add-ons from launch through January on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and players will be able to get them all — along with two more wrestlers — by purchasing a $19.99 season pass.
On launch day, Oct. 30, THQ will begin selling the "Attitude Era" Superstars Pack, which includes Rikishi, Grand Master Sexay, Scotty 2 Hotty, Gangrel, and Val Venis. It's not a "pack" per se; you can only buy its five wrestlers individually, for $0.99 on PlayStation Network or 80 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live Marketplace. The launch-day DLC will also include an Accelerator ($1.99 on PSN, 160 MS Points on XBLM), which unlocks all in-game items and allows players to customize wrestlers' attributes.
December will see the launch of the WWE Superstars Pack. THQ will make available an alternate Undertaker costume, his "Ministry of Darkness" outfit, for free. Four WWE Superstars (Tensai, Ryback, Drew McIntyre, and Yoshi Tatsu) and two WWE Divas (AJ Lee and Natalya) will be available for $0.99 (PSN) or 80 MS Points (XBLM) apiece. A Championship Title Pack, which comes with 10 new titles from the WWE, WCW, ECW, and AWA, will sell for $1.99 (PSN) or 160 MS Points (XBLM).
In January 2013, THQ will launch its third group of WWE '13 DLC, the You're Welcome in Five Languages Pack. WWE Diva Layla will be available for free. Six other wrestlers — WWE Superstars Damien Sandow, Antonio Cesaro, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso, and "Attitude Era" stars Brian Pillman and Chainsaw Charlie — will sell for $0.99 (PSN) or 80 MS Points (XBLM) each. The set of add-ons also includes the Moves Pack, which comes with 20 new wrestling moves such as Chris Jericho's Lionsault for $1.99 (PSN) or 160 MS Points (XBLM).
Fans who are interested in all of the aforementioned content can buy a season pass in the form of the Fan Axxess Program, which provides access to everything at a 10 percent discount: $19.99 (PSN) or 1600 MS Points (XBLM). Two legendary wrestlers, Diamond Dallas Page and Goldust, are exclusive to the Fan Axxess Program.
