Angry Birds and Jedi may be joining forces next Monday, according to a Tumblr page linked from the official Angry Birds Twitter account this morning.

"Welcome to the Angry Birds Tumblr page," the Tumblr's text reads. "Over the next few weeks we'll have behind-the-scenes content, animations, comics, and much, much more. But what will this all be about exactly?! Here's a clue..." Underneath, the following picture appears:

The Tumblr lists a place and time — Toys R Us in Times Square on October 8th at 10 a.m. ET — but no details on what will happen.

Rovio first tweeted an image yesterday asking, "Who could this be?" In a tweet this morning, Rovio posted the same picture with one difference — the lightsaber in hand.
