First major Mists of Pandaria patch incoming

Blizzard is already preparing to release the first major update to the newest World of Warcraft expansion, Mists of Pandaria.

Patch 5.1 is "well underway," according to a recent post from the site. New features include a Brawler's Guild, pet battle and item improvements, and more story material. The post further states that this is "only a taste of what's to come," with the team working to deliver new content faster. An official release date for the patch has not yet been announced.

World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria released on Sept. 25 for both PC and Mac. It is the fourth expansion in the massively multiplayer online role-playing game.
