PlayStation 3 and Vita owners can now pick up MLB 12: The Show for only $29.99 and $19.99, according to a post over at the PlayStation Blog.

Buyers who pick up both copies for the combined $50 price tag will be able to use the cross-platform functionality, which allows for saving and continuing a Season, Franchise, or Road to The Show mode on either platform.
