Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation trailer sets the stage for a female Assassin in New Orleans
Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation, the portable companion to Assassin's Creed 3 coming to PlayStation Vita, is the subject of a new video released today exploring the game's main character and story.
The game stars Aveline, a female Assassin based in Louisiana. In the video, the developers reveal that the Revolutionary War tests her values. As Assassin's Creed 3 does with its protagonist, Connor, Liberation explores Aveline's internal tension during a time of great societal tension. The developers also talk about delivering a console-quality experience to a handheld, and how how they aim to accomplish that with story, combat, and traversal.
Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation is set to launch alongside its console cousin in North America October 30th and in Europe October 31st. Check out some intrigue the trailer below.
