Level-5's Fantasy Life 3DS RPG gets new trailer, taste of Uematsu's score
Developer Level-5 released a new trailer today for Nintendo 3DS role-playing game Fantasy Life, offering a quick preview of its soundtrack from legendary video game composer Nobuo Uematsu and designs by Final Fantasy series artist Yoshitaka Amano.
Fantasy Life is similar to games like Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon in that players will carve out niches from themselves in an open-world realm, training in a profession and settling in one of its many towns. Individual decisions will affect the storyline and players can team up for everything from combat to fruit harvesting via the 3DS' StreetPass function.
Fantasy Life is scheduled to release in Japan on Dec. 27. There is no word yet on North American or European localizations.
