Sony adding nine Ultimate Editions to PSN including Mass Effect 2, Deus Ex: Human Revolution

Nine additional "Ultimate Edition" packages will become available on the PlayStation Store today, and as usual, they'll be discounted for PlayStation Plus members.

Sony's Ultimate Editions are bundles of games and all their existing downloadable content, both free and paid, offered at a lower price than the total retail value as determined by Sony. Here are the nine games, all of which are multiplatform titles:

  • Alice: Madness Returns Ultimate Edition
Retail value: $31.97; PSN Price: $19.99 ($15.99 for PlayStation Plus members)
  • Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood Ultimate Edition
Retail value: $39.99; PSN Price: $27.99 ($22.39 for PlayStation Plus members)
  • Assassin's Creed: Revelations Ultimate Edition
Retail value: $53.99; PSN Price: $49.99 ($39.99 for PlayStation Plus members)
  • Deus Ex: Human Revolution Ultimate Edition
Retail value: $50.46; PSN Price: $34.99 ($27.99 for PlayStation Plus members)
  • Homefront Ultimate Edition
Retail value: $58.95; PSN Price: $19.99 ($15.99 for PlayStation Plus members)
  • Mass Effect 2 Ultimate Edition
Retail value: $43.95; PSN Price: $24.99 ($19.99 for PlayStation Plus members)
  • Red Faction: Armageddon Ultimate Edition
Retail value: $31.97; PSN Price: $19.99 ($15.99 for PlayStation Plus members)
  • Saints Row 2 Ultimate Collection
Retail value: $36.97; PSN Price: $24.99 ($19.99 for PlayStation Plus members)
  • Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine Ultimate Edition
Retail value: $79.97; PSN Price: $29.99 ($23.99 for PlayStation Plus members)

These are all games from 2011 or earlier, and it's worth noting that many of them can be purchased at retail for less than the prices listed above (minus the DLC, of course).

The prices are valid from today, Nov. 20, through Cyber Monday, Nov. 26. In addition, anyone who spends $60 or more on the PlayStation Store between those dates will receive a $10 PSN voucher that will be valid from Dec. 6 through Jan. 6.
