A trailer released today for Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney, the upcoming franchise crossover from Layton developer Level-5, shows off characters, set pieces and plenty of Japanese dialogue.

Check out the trailer above to see the dual stars and a supporting cast that includes a mysterious wizard-like old man and foreboding knights set against the backdrop of a sometimes-burning city.
