CyberConnect2 boss Hiroshi Matsuyama confirmed with Spanish website Hitsuzen no Deai that the studio has plans for a Solatorobo follow-up.

While Matsuyama did not reveal any other details about the game such as the platform or release date, he had earlier expressed his desire to make a new story set in the Little Tail Bronx, which is the universe in which Solatorobo is located. This new Solatorobo title appears to be that game.

Solatorobo: Red The Hunter was released on the Nintendo DS in 2010. CyberConnect 2 is currently working in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and the latest Naruto Shippuden.
