Might and Magic Duel of Champions launches on PC and iPad next week

Might and Magic Duel of Champions, Ubisoft's free-to-play card-based strategy game, launches next week on PC and iPad, the publisher announced today.

The title tasks players with building a deck with which to duel against an opponent in a Magic the Gathering-esque fashion. The game will be free-to-play, allowing players to spend real-life money on new cards, which can also just be won by achieving victory during a battle. Players will be able to find opponents online at will, and users on both platforms will be able to fight against one another.

The game will officially launch Dec. 18 on both platforms, and an open beta is currently running for the PC version of the title.
