Konami announced today it will release a downloadable version of the Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance demo "for all regions" through PlayStation Network and Xbox Live next month.

The demo is currently included in copies of Konami's Zone of the Enders HD Collection and was made available to Japanese players this week. The downloadable demo for Revengeance released overseas on Dec. 13 is region locked, however, and playable only on Japanese PlayStation 3 hardware.

We recently had a chance to go hands-on with the North American version of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and offered our thoughts on the game's first three chapters.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance from Platinum Games and Kojima Productions will be released in North America on Feb. 19 for PS3 and Xbox 360. The game will be released in Europe on Feb. 21.
