Metro: Last Light Limited Edition pre-order comes with 'Ranger Mode', modified Russian rifle and Homefront
THQ is now taking pre-orders for the limited edition of Metro: Last Light, and is throwing in a number of pre-order bonuses.
Those who pre-order the game will receive a retail copy, 'Ranger Mode' (a feature from Metro 2033), 'Ranger load-out', which contains bonus military-grade bullets to spend on weapon upgrades and equipment and an AKS-74U modified Russian rifle to be used in-game.
Starting from Dec. 18, 2012, those who pre-order the digital version of the Limited Edition via the PlayStation Network will also receive a free digital copy of THQ's war shooter Homefront. Those who purchase the Limited Edition digitally will also received a Metro: Last Light PSN theme for free.
Polygon's preview of Metro: Last Light can be read here. The game will release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC in March 2013.
