Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault patches bring balance and a free map
Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault, Insomniac Games' recent tower defense-infused installment of the long running series, will receive free patches that balance the game's multiplayer and add a multiplayer map, according to a post on the PlayStation Blog by community lead James Stevenson.
The first patch is headed to PlayStation 3 this week and includes multiplayer balance changes based on player feedback. It will also add two new levels to Frontal Assault's weapons, allowing for further upgrades. The second patch, which is slated for early January, will bring a new multiplayer map set in Metropolis, a location that has appeared in several Ratchet & Clank games.
The PlayStation Vita version of Full Frontal Assault is slated for an "early 2013" release and will be a free download for those who've purchased the PlayStation 3 version.
