Company of Heroes 2 screenshots show Relic Entertainment hard at work

Relic Entertainment released three new screenshots for Company of Heroes 2 today showing different locations and terrain players will have to navigate their armies through, such as frozen lakes and war-torn city streets.

The above screenshots feature German Elefant heavy tank destroyers and B-4 Howitzer Artillery, staples of the Soviet army during World War II.

Development at Relic Entertainment is still steadily underway despite parent company THQ filing for bankruptcy protection yesterday and preparation to sell its studios and games currently in development. Relic is also currently working on a title called "Atlas," which according to THQ's filings will be released in 2014.

Company of Heroes 2 is scheduled to release for PC in early 2013.
