DotEmu discounts select Android games on Google Play

French gaming company DotEmu, which provides retro game titles on mobile, PC and more, is discounting select Android games on Google Play today through Dec. 27.

Raiden Legacy, the four-title compilation of the 1990s sidescrolling shooter arcade series, has dropped from it's original $4.99 price tag to $2.99. Legacy includes Raiden, Raiden Fighters, Raiden Fighers 2 and Raiden Fighters Jet. Also included in the holiday sale is Another World 20th Anniversary Edition, priced at $0.99, and R-Type, also $0.99.

Another World, also known as Out Of This World, is a platforming action-adventure game about a young scientist trapped on a dangerous alien world. R-Type, created in 1987, is a side scrolling shoot-em-up.
