The Commander is the latest and final subject of Metro: Last Light's series of live-action trailers, which has analyzed the post-apocalyptic plights of some of the underground's dwellers.

This final installment focuses on a formerly respected military leader, whose actions on the day that nuclear war ravaged the Russian countryside have made him fairly unpopular among survivors. That unpopularity is expressed in a fairly brutal beating, which unfolds in the video above.

Past installments in the live-action trailer series looked at the lives of a preacher and a model, and the event that sent the whole nation underground in the first place.
