Xbox hires designer behind 'The Next Microsoft' brand re-imagining
Microsoft has hired designer Andrew Kim, best known for his work creating the minimalist re-imagining of the company's platforms in a presentation of design concepts titled "The Next Microsoft."
Kim joins Microsoft's Xbox team in a yet-to-be publicly announced position, he announced on his website Minimally Minimal.
Kim's re-imagining of Microsoft's branding first came into the public eye last year, offering a minimalist interpretation of the future of the company's design while hearkening back to the original geometric art style of Windows in its first release.
