Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon will feature local multiplayer, Nintendo quietly revealed on the official website for the upcoming Nintendo 3DS release.

Dark Moon, the upcoming 3DS sequel to Luigi's Mansion, was first announced in 2011. Throughout the game, Luigi attempts to capture ghosts by stunning them, then wrestling them until they are weak enough to capture. The upcoming title is scheduled to hit European shores come March 2013 while a North American release is scheduled for spring 2013.
