Alien Spidy trailer shows just how hard it is to avoid Earth's fierce creatures
A trailer released today for Alien Spidy, Enigma Software's upcoming physics-based platformer staring an alien arachnid, showcases the game non-playable characters.
The game's 69-plus levels follow the adventures of the titular spider as he navigates Earth's terrain searching for his shipwrecked buddy Virgi. Check out the trailer above to see Spidy using dragonflies to bounce through the air, avoiding hungry fish underwater and making his way around prickly hedgehogs on land.
Alien Spidy is scheduled for release in "early 2013" on Xbox 360 through Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation 3 through PlayStation Network, Windows PC and Mac, according to a press release from publisher Kalypso Media Digital.
