Alan Wake dev Remedy Entertainment posts recruitment video showcasing new location
Alan Wake series developer Remedy Entertainment posted a recruitment video over the weekend which showcases its new Finland-based studio building and some popular extracurricular activities.
Remedy is currently hiring a dozen positions from a number of game development concentrations, according to its job openings page. Several artistic and animation roles are needed for "the next blockbuster on future generation consoles." Other positions are needed for an upcoming iOS project; in addition to the first two Max Payne titles and whole Alan Wake series, Remedy also released Death Rally on smartphones in 2011.
Rumors of a new Alan Wake title have been circulating since last June, when series creative director Sam Lake tweeted a cryptic reference to the franchise, and a link to a blog referencing several elements of the Alan Wake mythos.
It's all true. "It will happen again, in another town, a town called Ordinary." It's happening now. bit.ly/N7bfBW
