Developer takes Roasty Rooster for a test run on Ouya
Finnish marketing communications agency and developer Aptual, one of the many recipients of the Ouya development kit, posted a video test run of their game Roasty Rooster on the Android-based system.
Roasty Rooster is a side-scrolling adventure in which players collect items and fire blast enemies. The three-minute video features gameplay from an ice-based level.
Ouya development kits began shipping in late December of 2012, with deliveries beginning on Dec. 28. Kits contain two controllers, batteries, HDMI cables, adapters and more for developers to use. The final product is expected in March for $99.
