DmC: Devil May Cry, Ninja Theory's upcoming series reboot, will incorporate arena combat by way of the free Bloody Palace Mode DLC, according to a press release from Capcom.

The battle arena appeared in previous Devil May Cry games and will unlock in DmC after players complete the campaign. It will be available "shortly after launch" and includes a global leaderboard, over 100 levels and a bloody mixture of enemies, demons and five boss battles.

DmC: Devil May Cry is set to launch Jan. 15 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. A Windows PC version launches Jan. 25. You can check out a gallery of screenshots from Bloody Palace Mode above.
