TowerFall PC version expected in January 2014

The Windows PC version of TowerFall is expected to launch in January 2014, creator Matt Thorson recently told Shacknews.

In TowerFall, up to four players duke it out in archery-based combat. The game first launched for Ouya earlier this year. Speaking with Shacknews, Thorson said the PC version will include two new archers, five towers and possibly a level editor. Each tower will have 10 different layouts, resulting in about 50 new levels, Thorson said.

The PC version of TowerFall was announced in July. At the time, Thorson said it would include a "fully fleshed-out" single-player mode, in addition to new content. For more on TowerFall, check out our interview with Thorson.
