NBA 2K14 received its third patch for next-generation consoles today, introducing gameplay improvements, bug fixes, and technical updates to MyCAREER and MyGM, 2K revealed on its official blog today.
The Xbox One received the NBA 2K14 Patch 3 today, while the update is expected to roll-out to the PlayStation 4 within the next couple of days. General fixes include resolution of issues with game invites sent through Xbox Live, disconnects during head-to-head and Team-Up gameplay, settings that weren't properly saving in specific situations and more.
The hefty list of gameplay updates include adjusted physics calculations on in-air collisions to make defenders "stronger" and improvements to the dribbling model, along with the addition of a "new and improved" ‘Beluba' camera view. NBA 2K14 launched Nov. 19 on the Xbox One, a few days ahead of the console's launch, and Nov. 15 on the PlayStation 4.
