Zen Pinball 2 coming to PS4 Dec. 17

Zen Studios' Zen Pinball 2 will come to PlayStation 4 on Dec. 17, the developer announced today.

The PS4 version will include a selection of tables from the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of the title: Earth Defense, Epic Quest, Marvel's Doctor Strange, Marvel Pinball, Marvel Pinball: Avengers Chronicles, Paranormal, Plants vs. Zombies Pinball, Star Wars Pinball and Star Wars Pinball: Balance of the Force. Players who already own these tables in Zen Pinball 2 on either PS3 or Vita will be able to download them on PS4 at no charge.

In addition to launching the PS4 version, Zen Studios will add more content to the Marvel's Doctor Strange tables. The Sorcerer Supreme table will be available day-one on PS4, as well as for PS3 and Vita, for $2.99.

Zen Studios notes that is has "huge plans" for its pinball games in 2014. These plans include more content for Star Wars Pinball and Marvel Pinball tables, as well as more new tables themed around "iconic and exciting brands." More details on these tables will come in the future.
