Disney Interactive shared a new batch of screenshots for Disney Infinity today, offering a closer look at one of the title's in-game areas: Monsters University, based off the locale of the same name from the Monsters, Inc. franchise.

The company also debuted new figures of characters Mike and Sully at the American International Toy Fair in New York City today. Photos of these figures, for use with Infinity Base "portal," are included in the gallery above as well. The characters and settings are taken from Monsters University, the next computer-animated Pixar film about the Monsters, Inc. universe and set to release in June this year.

Disney Infinity was officially unveiled last month, a multiplatform sandbox video game that utilizes character figures similar to Activision's Skylanders games. Disney will bring the game to consoles this year, with plans to also publish Infinity to mobile platforms in the future.
