A new gameplay video for the upcoming release of Muramasa Rebirth shows off in-game combat throughout this 2D sword-centric side-scrolling platformer.

Rebirth, which is the re-titled North American version of Marvelous AQL role-playing game Muramasa: The Demon Blade, is an updated PlayStation Vita port of the original. Demon Blade first released in 2009 to Wii platforms, while a Japanese version is scheduled to release March 28 on PS Vita.

Polygon has contacted publisher Aksys Games regarding the title's North American release date.
