Miiverse updates add filtering, unfollowing options

The latest round of updates for social Wii U network Miiverse adds new filtering, following and blocking options for users.

You can watch the video above for a brief scroll through the improvements. Users can now filter communities to read comments only from those who've played a specific game through the "Player Posts" button. Additionally, users can easily unfollow or even block others, which will completely remove their comments from sight. Spoiler posts are also now better marked, making them easier to avoid.

Miiverse is a community-based social networking system introduced with the Wii U. The network continues to receive improvements, including the promise that users will eventually be able to engage one another through browsers or smarthphones.
