BioShock Infinite to have Season Pass, includes three add-on packs and extra gear

BioShock Infinite will offer players a season pass granting discounted access to three additional content packs and the Early Bird Special gear pack, Irrational Games and 2K Games announced today.

The pass will be available at the game's launch and is currently available for pre-order. For $19.99 on PlayStation 3 and Windows PC or 1,600 Microsoft Points on Xbox 360, players will save more than 30 percent on $30 worth of additional downloadable content for BioShock Infinite. The pass includes three packs that will add to Infinite's story as well as new characters, weapons and skills.

The season pass also includes the Early Bird Special pack, containing four pieces of gear for protagonist Booker, Machine Gun Damage and Pistol Damage upgrades, gold skins for both firearms and five stat-boosting Infusion bottles.

BioShock Infinite will be released on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC on March 26.
