Xbox Live downtime affecting Cloud Save Games, ESPN, Karaoke and SmartGlass
Xbox 360 owners may experience trouble connecting to Xbox Live and various services, Microsoft's support services say.
Users may experience difficulties connecting to Live through Xbox 360, Windows 8 and Xbox.com, according to Xbox Live's service status page. Those difficulties extend to players accessing save games and data stored in the cloud, and online services like the ESPN, Karaoke and Xbox SmartGlass apps.
Popular apps like Netflix, YouTube, HBO Go and others do not appear to be affected.
Update: Xbox.com support services indicate cloud-based features have been restored.
