Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix is headed to North America for PlayStation 3 platforms, Square Enix revealed today.

The upcoming title features a fully remastered compilation of Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, previously available exclusively to Japan, and Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories. The North American release will also launch with HD cinematic story videos from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and feature PlayStation 3 trophies.

Square Enix revealed the PlayStation 3 bundle last September, which at the time appeared to be limited to a Japan release. Last month, voice actor and musician Jesse McCartney teased that he is recording voicework on a localized version of the title.
