Irina Andreea, the actress who portrays Lara Croft in the upcoming Tomb Raider fan film Raider Origins, demonstrates the physical conditioning involved to become the adventurer.

The film, which was shot in Ontario, Canada and directed by Jerome Kruin, looks into the story of Croft's evolution into a "hardened survivor" and will debut later next month. For more insight into the fan film, another Making of Raider Origins video walks through the fight choreography used.

Square Enix is set to release the Tomb Raider reboot for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC on March 5, 2013 in North America.
