Tactical Intervention launching March 28, open beta begins in two weeks
Tactical Intervention, the strategic first-person shooter from Counter-Strike co-creator Minh "Gooseman" Le, will launch for Windows PCs March 28, publisher OGPlanet announced today.
The title, which features asymmetrical terrorist versus counter-terrorist gameplay elements similar to those seen in Counter-Strike, has been in closed beta since 2010. It will enter a last-minute open beta phase to test servers on March 14; potential players can sign up for and grab the client from the game's official site. If you can't wait that long, Joystiq is handing out 6,000 keys this morning for a special closed beta test, which runs from March 4-8.
Tactical Intervention will be free-to-play when it launches later this month. For more information on the title, check out our feature on "Gooseman" published last year.
