Deus Ex: Sonic Augmentation, the free official remix of the original Deus Ex score

An official remix of the original Deus Ex soundtrack, titled Deus Ex: Sonic Augmentation, will launch for free on the official Deus Ex Facebook page, Eidos Montréal announced.

Two tracks a week will release into the community, with the first of the eight tracks "The Search for Ambrosia" by Zircon & Jillian Aversa available now. The album is a collaboration with the original Deus Ex composer Alexander Brandon (Unreal, Unreal Tournament, Dust, Thief: Deadly Shadows) and OverClocked Remix, a video game music community.

Brandon composed the original soundtrack with Dan Gardopée (Crusader: No Remorse, Crusader: No Regret, Unreal, Unreal Tournament) and Michiel van den Bos (Unreal, Unreal Tournament, Overlord series). The first Deus Ex game was initially launched for Windows PC and Mac in 2000 and for PlayStation 2 in 2002.
