A Sly Cooper-based character vignette was released by Sony in time for the European and Australian launch of Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita on March 29 and March 28, respectively.
The game is the fourth title in the Sly Cooper stealth-platformer series. While previous titles in the Sly anthology were developed by Sucker Punch Productions, Thieves in Time is the work of Sanzaru Games, the studio that previously ported Sly PlayStation 2 titles to PS3.
Have a look at some of the in-game action that's already been available throughout North America since early February. The PS3 release gained a 6 out of 10 from Polygon in a review that stated: "The bad pacing in level design, the overwhelming mix of things to do without any sense of how to piece them together into a strong experience, the production values that veer back and forth between fantastic and non-existent - it feels like, well, a PlayStation 2 game."
Its PS Vita brethren did even less to impress, with a 5.5 out of 10.
