Tomb Raider's first downloadable content, the Caves and Cliffs Multiplayer Map Pack, will launch March 19 as a timed exclusive on Xbox Live for 400 Microsoft Points ($5), publisher Square Enix announced today.

During E3 2012, developer Crystal Dynamics announced that the game's first DLC would arrive on Xbox 360 first.

The package will contain three new multiplayer maps: Scavenger Caverns, a group of subterranean caves; Cliff Shantytown, a scavenger settlement full of traps; and The Burning Village, an abandoned Japanese village engulfed by flames.

Tomb Raider launched yesterday on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC; Square Enix did not announce a release date or release window for the map pack on the latter two platforms. You can check out screenshots of Cliff Shantytown and Scavenger Caverns above, and read our Tomb Raider review here.
