Journey Collector's Edition available on European PSN, disc version coming this summer

Journey Collector's Edition, the compilation of thatgamecompany's three PlayStation Network titles and associated bonus material, is now available on PSN in the U.K. for £15.99 and in Europe for €19.99.

A retail PlayStation 3 version of the collection will hit European store shelves this summer, said Sony. The company launched Journey Collector's Edition last August in North America, but never announced availability outside of the region. It is being released in Europe "due to fan demand," said Sony Computer Entertainment Europe today.

The package features Flow (2007), Flower (2009) and Journey (2012), along with bonus content such as developer commentary and soundtracks for all three games, a 30-minute documentary about the making of Journey and three exclusive minigames ("Gravediggers," "Duke War!!" and "Nostril Shot") from internal thatgamecompany game jams.

However, according to a number of commenters on the European PlayStation Blog post of today's announcement, the PSN version of Journey Collector's Edition only comes with the three full games and the three minigames — it's missing all the bonus material, even though the PSN page lists that content as being included in the package. A Sony Computer Entertainment Europe representative said in a reply to one reader that the company is "currently investigating" the issue.
