NCAA Football 14 trailer shows off its fresh new presentation, neutral stadiums

EA Tiburon has released a new trailer for its upcoming NCAA Football 14, showing off the retooled presentation in the long-running college football series.

As Polygon reported yesterday, Tiburon intends to address criticism that the NCAA series' presentation has become stale and bloated with the newest installment in the series. It has removed unnecessary 3D elements behind menus that caused slowdown and shortened pre-game intros and timeout animations, to name some improvements, while adding audio commentary that focuses on the narrative arc of a play, drive or game.

NCAA Football 14 is also the first title in the series to add neutral event venues like the Chicago Bears' Soldier Field for bowl games, where neither team has a home-turf advantage.

NCAA Football 14 comes out July 9.
