Etrian Odyssey: Millennium Girl confirmed for US fall arrival

Atlus has confirmed that the latest game in its 3DS Etrian Odyssey series of RPGs is coming to North America.

Etrian Odyssey: Millennium Girl will release in the U.S. this fall, following a Japanese launch later this month. It's an update on the original 2007 Etrian Odyssey game featuring a cutscene-heavy story mode as well as more traditional 'Classic Mode' that lets you "forge ahead with a party of your own design," according to the company.

In previous games in the series, skills were tethered to specific classes, but in Millennium Girl, players can mix-and-match. Etrian Odyssey: Millennium Girl will launch simultaneously at retail and in Nintendo eShop. The previous game in the series, Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan, launched in March.
