Desilets tweeted the announcement of Montreal-based Panache Digital Games, with a website featuring moose-related motifs. No other information is available on the website. Polygon contacted Desilets for more information.
Although Desilets created one of Ubisoft's most successful franchises, he was fired by the company back in 2013, triggering an acrimonious dispute. This week, Ubisoft launched Assassin's Creed Unity, the most recent game in its historical fiction series.
