Indie developer Renegade Kid will release a free-style scooter game, Razor Global Domination Pro Tour, with partner Scarab Entertainment for consoles in 2015, co-founder and director Jools Watsham announced today.
In Razor Global Domination Pro Tour, players will perform free-style scooter tricks, upgrade their scooter's speed and airtime capabilites and customize their gear. It will feature skate parks and street jam sessions located around the game's world.
Razor Global Domination Pro Tour is currently being developed for PlayStation 4, Wii U and Xbox One. It will be the first of Renegade Kid's games to launch for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and only the second for Wii U.
Renegade Kid is also currently working on a remastered, episodic edition of its first-person shooter Moon called Moon Chronicles. Although the original Moon was released in 2009 for Nintendo DS, Renegade Kid was forced to wait five years under its publishing deal to reclaim the rights for the game.
Other projects include the tough but fair 2D exploration title Treasurenauts for Nintendo 3DS, which Watsham calls a game about exploring, minus the handholding.
