The Toy Maker returns to Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2

One of the main antagonists from Castlevania: Lords of Shadow —Mirror of Fate, The Toy Maker, will return in Konami's forthcoming Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, it was revealed today through a new gameplay trailer.

The trailer above shows how Dracula revives the Toy Maker in an attempt to find the Mirror of Fate. Shortly after this revival, the Toy Maker transforms into a mechanical toy dragon and begins an assault on the player, resulting in the fight shown above.

The Toy Maker made his first appearance in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow — Mirror of Fate, which launched in North America on the 3DS in March 2013. It later launched on the PS3 and Xbox 360 in October. Cursed by Walter Bernhard of the Bernhard family, he uses his knowledge and skill to craft weapons and puppets of death and destruction.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will launch on Feb. 25 on PlayStation 3, Windows PC and Xbox 360.
