Zen Studios is bringing Pinball FX2, CastleStorm - Definitive Edition and KickBeat - Special Edition to the Xbox One "in the coming months," according to a post on the company's blog, adding that CastleStorm and KickBeat will also head to PlayStation 4 "later this spring."
The Definitive Edition of hybrid tower-defense game CastleStorm runs at 1080p at 60 frames per second. It features the entire original campaign and expansions, along with new battles, modes, spells and more. The 2D physics-based destruction game also includes a custom castle editor, online multiplayer and co-op modes. Available for Wii U and PS3, CastleStorm launched for Android and iOS devices as a free-to-play title called CastleStorm: Free to Siege last month.
The Special Edition of the fighting-infused rhythm game KickBeat will include new features and additional soundtracks. The title, which combines beat-matching mechanics with acrobatic-style martial arts, allows players to create new tracks with the game's music analyzer feature. KickBeat was released last year for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita with cross-buy support and Windows PC version KickBeat Steam Edition launched on Steam Jan. 20.
The Xbox One version of Pinball FX2 will launch with tables based on new IPs to the pinball series. Past Zen Studio pinball games have featured tables with themes like Super League Football, Marvel, Star Wars and Plants vs. Zombies. The studios' Zen Pinball 2 launched on PS4 last December.
