Arma 3's latest community guide explores guerrilla warfare tactics

The latest episode of Bohemia Interactive's Community Guide video series for Arma 3 breaks down guerrilla warfare, a set of tactics that will greatly benefit players in the game's single-player campaign, according to community member Andrew Gluck.

Gluck, also known as "Dslyecxi," is from the ShackTactical Arma 3 community group and has been providing players with explanatory videos for the title over the past few weeks. In the video above, Gluck runs down basic guerrilla combat plans. Guerrilla warfare utilizes a smaller and less heavily-armored force to take on a large military presence. Gluck's video addresses this imbalance in equipment and details hit-and-run tactics, as well as how and when players should withdraw under duress.

Previous episodes in the Community Guide series detail infantry combathelicopter and aerial assault, sniper and launcher teams and combined arms warfare. A full playlist of videos is available on the Arma 3 YouTube channel.

Arma 3 is available for purchase through Steam and Bohemia's online store for $59.99. A Digital Deluxe edition featuring the game's soundtrack, a 350-page tactical and a copy of the original Arma: Cold War Assault is also available for $64.99.
