Killer Instinct will be in Major League Gaming's Anaheim lineup

Xbox One-exclusive fighting game Killer Instinct will be in Major League Gaming's official lineup for its tournament in Anaheim, MLG confirmed to Polygon today.

The tournament will run from June 21-22 at the Anaheim Convention Center in California, and players will compete for a prize pool of more than $100,000. Other games that have been confirmed for the tournament include Call of Duty: Ghosts, StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm and Super Smash Bros. Melee.

Passes to compete in the Killer Instinct tournament will go on sale Thursday April 24 at 5 p.m. ET. Spectator passes are now on sale.

MLG will announce further details about the Killer Instinct track of the tournament tomorrow. Details about how to compete and attend MLG Anaheim are available via the MLG website.
